    spiral to relapse ?

    CHANGE IN THINKING
    I, am ok - I,ll try 1or 2 - I dont need here or support.
nobody understands me or how hard it is.
people are always blaming me-nothing has changed.
nobody else is trying, things are not happening fast enough.
    Whats the point ?
maybe if i have one ,no one will know.
    CHANGE IN FEELINGS
    Angry,irritable,restless,agitated over small things,
frustrated;why are things not going my way,
    why me ?self pity,argumentative,isolated,lonely,fear.

    CHANGE IN BEHAVIOUR
making excuses, telling lies, old drinking buddies, going
    into pubs,banging things,not talking,shouting,old behaviour,
making demands, not listening, missing loging on here, and also
    appointments,breaking promises.doing nothing,acting on the thinking-whats the point.

All this will lead you back to where you have come from = drinking.

            spiral to relapse ?

Mario, I saw that pattern of behaviour in myself just recently. I didnt drink, but I still screwed up in other ways. Its something I need to watch.
Thanks my friend, you are a wise one.
