I just want to thank all the people who have achieved sobriety for at least a year, and who stay here and continue to share wisdom and support, to help newcomers, and to help me. This site would be NOTHING if we didn't have dedicated people over the long haul who post and support through thick and thin. It's not always easy to deal with a bunch of drunks in some combination of active and inactive. I know I have days where I am as nutty sober as I ever was drunk. And you guys put up with me and accept me for better and worse. And keep supporting me and crying with me and laughing with me and :l me each and every day.

I just want you regulars to know how much I appreciate you. It takes a special commitment to be around here all the time. :h:h:h

Nice thread DG, and yes, it is amazing the time and effort you long-termers put in here. It's like having mammys and daddys sometimes. No matter what the worry, crisis, feeling - one of you lot will have words of advice and consolation (or much much worse:H). You are all truly appreciated
