We went down a mountain coaster yesterday, it was fun. More tame than a roller coaster, you controll your speed with a hand brake.

Where are you?? I just looked & see there's a mountain coaster at Camelback mountain resort here in the Poconos in PA. Looks like a lot of fun!!!

It seems some ski resorts are installing them, for extra income I suppose. This one is open year-round.

I gotta share this story with you.... several weeks ago, my crazy sister in law told me she was coming down to visit her sister who lives nearby, so I wrote it on my calendar. So Friday night, my hub's brother was visiting (remember the one who just showed up one night and stayed several days well he showed up again Thursday) and we ordered pizza and were sitting there eating it and I said, 'I think my SIL is coming tomorrow, but I'm not sure....I don't want to leave the house in case she shows up'. He says, 'Well the least she could do is call'!!! I wanted to die with laughter, then he said, 'At least I DO call when I'm on the way!!!".

Sunbeam, I used to be more 'fearless'......
I had a bad accident nearly 13 years ago, nearly killed me. I guess it's turned me into a bit of a wimp & scared shitless to get hurt again. I'll definitely put it on my 'to do' list for my next lifetime
