Units or Drinks - What a shock!!

Hi all

Have just converted my drinktracker from "drinks" into "units" and OMG I am shocked.

Thought I was doing so well until realised that half a bottle of wine is 5 units - so much for my moderating:H

Very depressed.

Yep, I've had 48 drinks, totalling 96 units so far this month. They soon add up.

What scares me now is

WHAT ABOUT BEFORE MWO AND MODERATING????????

I must have been on over 90 units each week.................. no wonder I felt yuk.
