Lately I have been moderating quite well outside of the house, i.e. pubs etc. Now I go to my local pub and have 2 or 3 beers and come home and go to bed. It's when I buy a dozen beers and sit and do nothing but quaff then down that I wake early and need a morning beer.
I'm going AF now, for a month. This is not hard, and I think I can make a lot of decisions and commitments. I have only really found my drinking to be a real problem for the last two months, so I think I can take a step or two back.
And, hey, if it doesn't work, then I go AF.
