    hi modders, another af day done and dusted for me. I feel the same Lg and would rather have a few extra at the weekends, but to be honest, I don't think I'm at a place yet where I could moderate that well throughout the week like some people here do. That sort of control really amazes me but for me right now it could be a real trap.

      Same here, dg. I feel better having none for most days and enjoying some drinks at the weekend, without guilt. Just a different mind set about it.

                    Hey, guys, you have done very well this past week!

                    Made it back a-ok. No AF nights though. I think on Wed we were just so glad to be home we had a couple on the lanai and discussed our trip. We really had very little time alone together on the trip itself. Then yest a.m. we played 9 holes of golf, I went on to a lengthy afternoon dental appt, dh ran into a couple from MN who have just returned for the season, he played 18 with them, and afterwards they invited us to their house for a drink. That drink turned into 2, then we all went out for dinner. ((sigh))

                    Played golf again this a.m. - preparing for our survival match tomorrow, then a redo of hair appt. Kind of upset as I called right away telling her I wasn't happy but was going out of town and wouldn't be able to come in until afterwards. She offered to refoil, right? She charged me again, not full charge but $75 for product and blow dry. Gggrrrr. I do like it a lot better but still that's over $200 I've spent in just 2.5 weeks. She did trim it up a bit and said no charge for that so at least that bought me a little time until next haircut.

                    Enjoy the weekend! At least you guys have earned some celebratory time. Me? Not so much.

                      Today, Friday, has been another AF day for me...compensating for Tuesday, maybe? Lol. FF

                        Hi TMH, glad to see you back! It sounds like you had a wonderful trip. wow that turned out to be a pricey hair appt didn't it, I would have expected the re-do for free since you told her right away.

                        LG, I know, I have a bad attitude this week with al. I need to get my head in a better place with this.

                        Great job on Friday FF, I've just added it to the tallyboard. woot!

                              Okie Dokie I am back for my AF Monday.... My husband is preparing for this insane event this coming Saturday called Tough Mudder and will be eating healthy and NOT drinking beer this week so maybe I can manage to get a few AF days while supporting him

                              Hope everyone is off to a good start

                                Yesterday was AF for me, too...have no idea what this week may bring! Yesterday was pretty hard for me...I had had my fill of being a Grandma, and was oh-so-ready for a grown-up meal in a restaurant with tablecloths, etc etc, but it was not to be, due to a change in plans by our ex daughter in law...plus, I have needed to do some serious calorie counting, after the entire bag of Halloween Oreos AND a bag of candy corn ... So my petty struggle put me in a VERY BAD MOOD last night. Fortunately the sun is shining....oh, TMH, I am so glad for you that you are back in sunny Florida...have fun golfing and being with your buddies. and, thanks DG so much for this added incentive to feel positive about our moderation goals. FF
