Thanks for sharing your story. The part where you say "Looking at MODS as though I am really in ABS with the occasional evening of a drink or two is a good attitude for me." really makes sense to me. That is how I think I am gonna have to look a MODS or I don't think it will work for me.

oh no! lucky dear..you must change it..I beg you...Or...broom up the "you know what" time..

Ps..all. I have made a little progress re: my physical pain. Well, first I had an attitude about it & drinking. My rationalization was...I gave up the pain killers & that was great but still had back & neck pain often & I have been in so much pain for so many years..I jsut don't want it or feel I deserve it..so I will numb it with "you know what".

overall..I am less depressed, more relaxed & threfore have less dull pain & I just found great chiropractor...

so the mind game is over about the pain I think...I can control this more naturally

and I am OK psychologically..so "I think" I should just be able to focus on the craving thing..which is lessening...with the help of you all & MWO tools & knowledge.

well know one probably wanted or needed to hear all that...it just popped out...sorry
