Is a program from the goood people at UCL Medical School.
Has helped as made me face up to how much was drinking.
I am not through it yet but am getting there. Down from a peak of about 60 units of booze per week to 17 last week - bit of a whoops last week but am determined will be better this week.
Much love. Am super anxious today and hungover I went to a cocktail thing last night and had too much champagne but didnt drink the spirits.
So day 1 yet again for me.
