I drank real binges, not those considered a binge because you have six beers.

Other than that, during quiet times, I simply enjoyed to sit quietly in a pub after work and really enjoy a beer while thinking the day over. Sometimes I'd sit longer than normal, and have up to at most 5 pints, so that was binge drinking, but what class does that put me in?

Guess i fall under De-Stress Drinker and or/ boredom drinker. It's about to change pretty soon. Day 1 baby!

I began to drink at the age of 16-17 to help overcome my shyness. The was 40+ years ago and now it it sadly is the norm for me. I became the party animal. Once I start drinking, I dont seem to be able to stop until I am drunk.
