I think it's important that people LEARN about their issues. Research is key to understanding why we do what we do and how to overcome it.

No offence to anyone who's 12-stepping or involved in AA, it's not for me, but these links are not a means of bagging anyone out. I just want to give examples of alternatives (or alternate pathways) available for interested people on the same journey to either moderation or ultimate sobriety.
