I found my cravings for sugar over the top during the first week to maybe 10 days of AF. I gave myself leeway at first, but the only way for me anyway, to get those cravings to stop is to stop feeding my body sugar and other crav-o-matic junk food. Deter thanks for the reminder about Omega 3's and cravings. I was taking them for different reasons - but need to remember this one too.
Day 34 AF is going great! The first 4 days of this challenge were sure a WHOLE lot easier than the first four days of the first challenge!
