Day 6 AF for me, and 8 of the last 10 days have been AF. I'm not there yet, but I'm trying. I sure admire the folks doing 30 Days abs. I'd sure like to be a member of that club one day!! I would never be this far along w/o this site.Comment

86 days - can't believe it! :eeks: Seems like both 8,600,000,000,000 and 8.6!! But good - really good and soooo good to share it with you guys... (Wot a lot of 'oooooo's in that sentence eh?!?) :H
Really good to catch up with so many people's days - must make a chart to be able to keep up! And that is NOT to count/catch out/expect - just to support! Any reduction even in this imbibing of firewater has to be good! :thumbs:

IF I CAN - YOU CAN - & YOU WILL
Had several false starts since I started on May 1st; 19 days was the longest run so far, but yesterday I got to MY thirty days AF...................and I feel great.
Yes, yes, yes - it was all worth it; headaches, sleeplessness, shakes, cravings, sweats - all just bad memories.
Big thanks to all the regular posters; it's you that keep this site alive with all your uplifting encouragement for us all to set our goals, and the feeling of real achievement is wonderful when you hit target - thanks again.
Keep going everyone - you CAN do it.
