just a quick look in to seehow you are all doing ,i have had varied success but still drinking less than i ever did which has to be good not sure how i will get on this time round though co i got bad news about my uncle today ,he passed away in the early hours of this morning will just have to keep myself occupied anyway i am going to go now and will try and look in soon
