It feels good to hit the 30 day mark. I just got back from running and was thinking during my run about the last 30 days. I'm sure not the same guy I was a month ago. In fact, if you would have told me 31 days ago how I would think, feel, and act today I wouldn't have believed you. What a difference not having that annoying, life consuming monkey on my back. And Lushy, I , too, remember really struggling to get through days 3- 4. I was about to lose it, or so I thought, but for some reason I stayed on here and you guys were there for me. I will forever be in debt to you for that. After I made it through the first week I made a vow to myself that I would NEVER go through that again.
So again, Thank You. I know 30 days is nothing in the big picture but it's something I never would have believed possible not too long ago. And to anyone who is just starting this voyage, you CAN do it. You just have to want it....Don:thanks:

Chief- it's still 30 days chum! Be rightly proud of it! And isn't it great to look back at day minus 1 and see it from the other end now!? Yes, I could never have believed I'd feel this good and would have happily killed anyone trying to prove to me otherwise! But, hmmm, they're right.
