Good for you, Bethany! That is the way to do it. It is usually the thinking that is harder than the doing in the begining, so just rip it off like a band-aide!
We have a lovely place called The Inn, and we meet every day. Please stop on by.. we are a cooky bunch, but are supporting each other through 30+ days of abstinence.
