well it has been a while since i was last here my computer broke and it is taking forever to get it repaired so i went and got my son a new one just so i could chat and browse the net ,it has amazed me just how much i miss not having a computer and my drinking has increased as well which ain,t good but hopefully i can get back on track so you lot should see a bit more of me anyway i will get going and hope to see you all soon

thanks kathy i will be trying my best to pop in as often as i can cos i really need to get to grips with my drinking again i was doing so well and have taken a massive leap backwards but i know i done it once i can do it again the trick is being able to stay off it for good so fingers crossed ,anyway i just want to wish everyone a good day and hope you are all well
