Hello Friday Friends -

Day 7 here and feeling strong - there's hope! I had energy I'd forgotten about. I even got on the spinner bike today.

Mary - thank you so much for resurrecting the changes thread - its beautiful and SO inspiring. I will have to figure out how to flag it so I can return easily - I'm sure there is a way.....

Everyone have a great Friday night AF. There are so many posts about how great people are feeling & doing with AF, there no better reason to keep it up!

whew...finally back in late.

Mary so glad to get you back and wowser for doing Ireland AF! that might be a worlds first? LOL

Breez your lovely post made me sad and then happy all at once and I found it very touching. So very glad you had a great B-day with your daughter.

I made it through a trade-show "dinner out" AF....yeah! I knew it would be hard but it was ok. Seems like all my new workmates are drinkers.....fortunately I will be seeing them rarely
