      As many of you know, I had a slip on Jan 5th (major breakdown - last one - the needed one!), after my committment to have an AF 2008 on January 1st. So, this is officially my Day 7. January 6th, is my Sobriety date. It doesn't have to be the 1st. One day is as good as the next. That is the day I was ready.... FINALLY! Feels good to say that, thanks!
      Face your deficiencies and acknowledge them, but do not let them master you. Let them teach you patience, sweetness, insight.

                    Hello all!

                    I got 10 days in. I did take a few sips of wine last night with dinner but it just didn't taste that good and I was so afraid of that bad feeling from drinking. So I'm still counting it as basically an AF day. I feel so much better and have dropped a couple of pounds this week!! Yaay!

                    Congrats to everyone else. We can do this!!!:goodjob:

                      Second w/e this year AF! But on day 2, currently. More AF days in January, than in Dec., so I'm feeling good.

                      Retteacher WOW, Lotus keep going, MM, I like your thinking, anyday is a GREAT day to start., or should I say stop!
