                    Thanks for the thoughtful and kind words. As we all know, this is a daily challenge and even after time it can catch us unprepared.

                    I am trying my best to prepare my mind and body for the next step in this journey. Thanks to all of you for the friendship and good company these past six months. I do look forward to our days together ahead.
