Thankyou for the warm welcome back, and to people i dont know yet i'm looking forward to getting to know you better..
Well happy to report the first night is out of the way...I feel pretty shakey and got a big knot in my stomach and a lump in my throut...I just tucked my boys in bed...
First time in a long time....Feels good and sad at the same time..

Gonna try and fall asleep watching a film..First blood is on the telly..Only seen about 300 times..

Stuck another one out despite many rough waves!!

Can't stay away.

Still depressed but hopefull.

AFM. I talked to a friend (a bartender of all people that I have known for years, she gave me a virgin bloody mary tonight God Bless her!!) and she told me when her mom was going through chemo, the doctors got sick and tired of her mom drinking. They gave her antabuse SHOTS every two weeks. Period.

Her mom drank twice and never again. Said she got so sick she just would never do THAT again.

I have decided I am with you, if I ever cave again, I am doing antabuse. PERIOD. I might even do the shot, like my friend suggests, that way I can't even decide not to take the pills...
