AF since 03/08/08......so as I slide over the 45 day AF happy honeymoon period, I'm wondering why I would go back to drinking....I feel so good physically and emotionally AND I am in amazement at how much work I can get done AF. I never realized how little I was getting done when a coffee break was really a beer break... I do agree with earlier respondents on this thread...when we think others are cheering for us, we have higher expectations for our own AF program. Thanks for letting me join and add my feelings of happiness of AF living. Paul

219 days af for me and i still have a long way to go, everyday i count it as one day since i dont want to let that creepy mentality come and tell me i have done it, no i have not i have only survived today and how i did the 219 days is how i will try and do it tommorow. i only know and sure of today since its gone but tommorow is not under my control.
