Jane ree...welcome back, nice to meet you, i agree if you can do it once before, you can do it again.
Barebone...sending positive vibes your way...
Kaddy... your doing really well.:l How did the gardening go? I think i need to get my green gloves on.. (NOT THE ALL IN ONE SUIT).
Bigmac... nice to see you post. last week i did a 4mile slow jog dont think i could of done that with AL inside me. I felt so good afterwards. I use to love watching tennis, especially John McEnroe, Jimmy Connors, and Bjorn Borg. (Used to play tennis a bit myself.)

Saturday meet up with mwo friends really had a good time it was really nice to meet jacqui and her granddaughter little Emma what a lovely little character she is, Loppy Lugs,
jay42, betty, tigger and there lovely daughter kerri, we all had a good laugh and a good time. The food went down really well and the desert.

got day off work today,,, so am going out with my mum and sister,, were going spring woods

hi all, sry i havent been around over weekend and yesterday, i havent been the best, but im better today. so its day 81 AF for me and woohoo only 9 days to go till my 90. so as u can guess im looking forward to next thursday.

BigMac...6days af apart just wants me, to keep on going and not stopping. 43days af well done.
Barebone wow 81days af, looks like a big party next thursday at boozer busters then.

Kaddy...congratulations 4 kittens...I just love the way they play so playful. They are so cute.

I told someone yesterday that i was 36dayaf when i was really 37days af. I'm i begining to loss count is that a good thing? though i could add up as well.
So Im 38days af so Bigmac does that make you, hold on let me think, got it 44days af. :thumbs:

WOW!! So glad to see you back.

Of course you are forgiven. We just worry when you disappear.

I am the queen of slips and relapses but keep on keepin on because, quite honestly, I have no other choice.

Bear used to tell me that I am not a failure unless I quit trying to quit. Oh, how I miss him. :-(

So, join back with us all and keep on trying to quit. We are not failures, just a little stubborn. Some of us take a little longer than others to get it. :H
