Good morning all! Day 8 for me and feeling better every day. Back to the gym last night.
G, give us an update.
Kaddy, how many days for you?
Teardrop, in AA (around my part of town) they say 'keep it green', meaning keep those bad memories as a motivating tool to help you stay sober (I think that's what they meant... I quit AA and joined MWO..). This thread has really helped me a lot. I was having a hard time putting two days AF together.
PeggySue, congrats on getting through the second hardest day. I don't know about you, but Day 2 always seems to be the hardest, but maybe that's just me. In either case stay strong and check back frequently!
Congrats Mohun on 46! Give us newbies some advice!! :new:

Mohun,
My sweet lab is 11 years old. He is suffering greatly with arthritis. I just can't bear to see an animal in pain. I am hoping the new anti inflammatories give him some relief. Getting nervous about the rest of the week. Taking clients out, and going to a wedding shower on Friday. This is going to be so damn hard.

PeggySue. My lab is 13 now. Still in pretty good shape. We try to get out for hikes as often as we can. Good luck with the clients. I know how hard that can be.

Yesterday took my bike out for a ride but this time went for a longer ride come of my bike my legs felt wobble like a jelly on the plate...at least it was NOT my head feeling like that!! 3days AF i promise myself i will go out on my bike or go for a jog everyday its the only think that will keep me going strong being AF.
