Yes sam i felt like that...and when i fell down i felt bad... i felt like i did not want to come back let everyone down but i made sure i pushed myself and jump right back on here straight away... i realize im doing this for me. Well done 11days Af keep it up!

Good morning all. Sam, yes, staying AF for this Forum and the on-line friends I've made at MWO is a big motivator for me (along with many other things - health, happiness, finances, etc.). I now feel like I'm doing this for more than just me, which is actually a very nice feeling as I don't have a family of my own so it's easy to slip back into my old ways without anyone noticing. Now I have 5,900 fellow members to be accountable to! Happy AF Tuesday.

I am starting to ride the bicycle again and I had 65 miles
last week.

Planning a big weekend over night ride with full gear
this coming weekend with number 2 adult child
"Doc Holiday"

Hi all! This is a new area for me. I just returned from Lenair. I arrived 8 days AF and today is 15. I am soooooooo happy, calm, satisfied - since I can't remember. So, I join you. I'm not a big poster. I have been here since July of 2006. I really support the site and the positive energy.

Welcome here. I read you Lenair post and then did some research
on Ms Rhonda. Quite a gift.

What you now describe is how I feel after I meditate, which is probably
the single most reason that I am even alive today.

Yeah I' m not a big poster either, If I take my hat off I go
completly unnoticed, but I've got big dreams, and supporting all my
brothers and sisters here is one on them.
