I'm 10 today, but headachy a glum. As mentioned elsewhere, I'm going to take a long, hot, candle scented perfumed bubble bath and draw happy faces on my fingers and toes xxx g.

going out this afternoon,, do a mates mums for dinner and theys always have wine with dinner

in nice and hot here been out with the dogs for 2 hours,, so that has made me feel better,, back at work tomarow

hie everyone, it has been long since i logged in again, am glad though that i got the opportunity, to make a change in my life and very happy am in mwo,
am 231days AF and just two days ago i woke up shaking badly and it took me way back when i was drinking, i was really afraid since i know for sure where that shaking use to lead me to " a quick and emmediately take a drink to be able to even speak" i took sometime and wrote down how i was feeling and i cried not becouse i was angry, and helpless but actually becouse i recognised my cravings and i felt i was on control. i look around people who love me and how much they appreciate me now, how much my life is taking shape day by day, and all this amount into encouragement and desire to live, stay and die sober.
SOBRIETY IS MY LIFE AND THATS WHY AM ALIVE NOW.
