Site issues

Hello, my fellow Abers.

Hope you all are having a great day. Feeling every tired lately. Not sleeping well, but it will get better.

Just wanted to point out to the folks having site issues. When you log on and plan on staying on say longer than 15 minutes (not really sure of the time), you need to check the small "remember me" box when you sign-on. If you don't, you automatically get logged off after a short time. If you are checking this box and still being logged out, then yes you need to ask RJ or Codemonkey about it.

Friday 4th April

Good evening all,

Another late check-in.....today was another mini-struggle but I've made it through and as soon as I'm done typing I'm going to banish myself to the bedroom and dive into a book with some relaxation cd's playing in the background. I do remember that days 3 through 7 were alwaysthe biggest challenge for me so I'll have to be extra vigilant this weekend.

My oldest son is home from college this weekend and I guess the way he re-bonds with his two younger brothers is to pick for a fight. The younger two (high-schoolers) are always up for the challenge and I get stressed from the (good-hearted ..they claim) fighting that takes place. I shall be doing a lot of deep breathing exercises this weekend!!!!

I'll try to check in early tomorrow as I haven't addressed everyone individually but I so enjoy
reading all your posts, My reward for an AF day is to check in here.
