Mary, I am wishing you and your husband well. You've come a long way knowing that you can handle this without AL.
Kathy, thank you for posting how long it took you to commit to AF. For me, it is early days yet. I still cling to the notion that I can moderate - perhaps I am just afraid to give up AL. You (and Cindi, Char and Det) have given me a lot to think about. Thank you. Well done on your 10 months.
