It's still June 8 here and just got back from a 30 mile bike ride. And an AF beer afterwards! On to the new week . . .

Abbercise 2 - 8 June - new goals anyone??!
Hello all - sounds like everyone is have a kick-butt week! I did 1 hour of kickboxing class M, T, W, R, and FRI!!! Lazed around yesterday - major heat advisories here - so no running outside. Love how being alcohol free makes the entire ab region flatter - and the kickboxing is finally getting rid of my pouch below the belly that never seems to want to go away!
Trying to put in an upper body workout tonite.
