Hi Matt,
I was on campral for awhile and it worked well except for the head cravings. I fell off so to speak cos I have a hubby that doesn't really want me to stop drinking.
Am taking the supps and the allinone (love that stuff) and feeling better. Not good with the exercise though as its winter here and cold. Talk to you soon
