Had a user dream last night. Usually I'm aware in my dream that I'm not supposed to be drinking. This time, I had a beer in hand, was ready to go somewhere with my 3 year old son and was contemplating getting a refill before I left. Thank goodness only a dream.
The over-eating has continued. Thought I should get a grip on it today; maybe start a food journal to log what I'm eating. Then I thought, maybe I should wait 'til my 30 day AF mark before I tackle the next issue. Next thought was "Why wait?" Any suggestions?
