    Tues 09/30 Day #15 Hit The Gym!!

    Yesterday was really uneventful. Which is actually a good thing though. I had no cravings. Thanks to Doggiegirl, I started keeping track of my food (FitDay.com) and though it was a little depressing, it was actually motivating too. I found myself measuring the cream going in my coffee today, rather than just pouring it in. I discovered 55% of my diet is carbs, and 33% of it is fat intake. Who wouldn't drag and be tired all day with those kind of figures?! I also went to the gym. First time in years. My 1 year old managed to suffer through the child care for a full hour. I felt great! Got in cardio and an arm workout. I find myself focusing on the life changes more now rather than the so-called "missing out on the alcohol". Drinking doesn't obsess my whole day now.
    Life is good and I feel blessed. :-)
