Good job on the bike ride Nat!. I'm feeling lazy today, but know that I have to get a 45 minute run in. It's funny: I saw Nat posted, so I clicked on last page and started reading Saus' entry on doing a 56 min. run. I immediately looked at it as a reminder to get my lazy butt to the gym.
You all know how terrible I am with my over-eating; well now I'm finding myself going that extra mile at the gym just to burn the excess calories. It may sound twisted, but I find it a step up in the right direction.
