I've done it - 30 days AF

Today is my day 30 and I'm sitting drinking AF grape juice and i've made it through another day AF. This is the second longest i've ever been AF (once managed 108 days and then tried a drink - found I couldn't moderate!) Since then the most i'd managed was a run of 6 days.

I definitely feel everyone's support on MWO helped me - particularly when times were tough and I was about to cave. There have been days when i've been really really tempted but i've just kept going one day at a time and that's how I plan to continue. Tomorrow is another month and another month that I hope I will be AF
