I thought it had been 30 years scince I had been so long straight, but its only 20!!!!(A holiday in Asia, it was great)
So this is a huge achievement for me, I am amazed ,I have easy days,agitated days, unwell,and anxious days, but not once close to having a drink. And I am sure many can imagine how hard and long I have tried and tried to stop drinking. I have followed the program except for the topomax dosage I am on 30mg (sprinkles) and not increasing.The calms forte ran out yesterday. Have a visitor gotta go, have a great day guys.

Day 16

Congratulations on making it to 16 days for the first time in many years. You should be very proud of yourself. It may not always be easy, but remember there are huge rewards waiting for you. The longer you can go the less agitated and anxious days there will be.
