Going on holiday - worried I'll drink alcohol!
Thanks everyone for your support - there's some great advice here which will help. I particularly like O2M's reply - brilliant! I will definitely print this out and take it with me. I'm going away with my husband and 2 young children. My husband is the problem - he will want to drink wine every evening and will moan like mad that I'm not sharing a bottle because buying it by the glass is of course a lot more expensive. He doesn't think I have a problem!!! which I can't get my head round because he knows I was drinking 40-50 units wine / week before I quit and he is a medical doctor !!!! and a serious wine drinker . I really don't think he understands alchololism (which is worrying for his patients) because he persistantly keeps trying to pursuade me to have the odd glass and says I can't have a problem if I can go X no of days AF !!! Even though he knows that within days after my previous 108 day sober period, I was drinking at even higher levels than before.
