Love this WellSeasoned....great thread and bang on the nail for me so thanks......It will be my first AF saturday (night) tonight...for a while .....and for me it is only really saturdays that are the issue......


Anyway this just resonated with me. I am feeling so flipping positve and I knwo it down to this kind of post....this is what works (for me at least).
