Ok, ladies and gentlemen... I am sooo jumping in on this! I lost 25 pounds this last year and Finally can see the old MM peeking through. I have another 7lbs, or so to go to reach my goal, but feeling great!
My routine now is working out with my fabulous trainer 3x per week doing circuit training. I have just asked her to turn me into a runner. I have always wanted to run but the extra weight I carried for the past 10 years made it difficult. She is going to get me into it slowly. I start on Friday. I even bought a new pair of red running shoes.. I am sure that will make me look faster.. hahaha!
