    Ok, ladies and gentlemen... I am sooo jumping in on this! I lost 25 pounds this last year and Finally can see the old MM peeking through. I have another 7lbs, or so to go to reach my goal, but feeling great!

    My routine now is working out with my fabulous trainer 3x per week doing circuit training. I have just asked her to turn me into a runner. I have always wanted to run but the extra weight I carried for the past 10 years made it difficult. She is going to get me into it slowly. I start on Friday. I even bought a new pair of red running shoes.. I am sure that will make me look faster.. hahaha!

        good to have a fellow runner!
        i'm looking for a local 10k to aim for.

        betty, i find them annoying, but i probably should wear them...i think my feet are just naturally crooked and flat!

          Have been to Yoga - was the touch feely instructor - she worked us hard, we were dripping with sweat, and not a hot flash in sight! There is a 1.5 hour 'Yin Yoga' class tonight I'm thinking about. It's all on the floor and the poses are held for much longer than usual. Am eating well and so hope those scales go DOWN this week! Bx

            ran 1.75 miles and felt wiped out so i walked the rest for 4.5 miles
            arm weights
            yoga and crunches tonight

                  i've been feeling wiped out the past few days...

                  did 3.25 miles on the tm...1.25 running 2 walking hills with weights...now i'm off to walk the dogs...so tired...need kick in pants...


                  come on betty, get up and go...do anything...how about your naked music dancing??!!

                    Lol Peacenick - I don't actually DO the dancing naked - just tell my Teens that I do. Too many wobbly bits to hold onto to do it without a bit of 'support'!

                    Have just submitted an assignment and have a bad headache (too much thinking) so will have a rest and then think about some exercise.....

                      i walked around with my daughter shopping and getting haircuts...no formal exercise except for some before bed stretching and crunches in a minute here...nitey nite!

                          Yep, am with you there - unfortunately they're not the only things that go in one direction when I move in the other........thighs ass belly - am I painting a graphic enough picture here?

                              I sat on my butt today... I start circuit training at the gym tomorrow (spring training), and plan to run 3x this week.. I am feeling like my gut has expanded since I started on the path to sobriety 6 days ago.. lol! I have replaced booze with food this week. I'm giving myself a break UP TO TODAY, then it is spring eating mode, too..

                              I will check in here daily to keep myself on track, mainly with my food!
