:thumbs:I am starting Day 7 AF. Life is good.
This forum has been a blessing - just focusing my energy long enough to post helps me understand what's going on in my head. The alcohol monster does not have as loud a voice when I am thinking clearly about what is best for me and why alcohol is NOT best. The little "just one - it will feel better" voice is not as loud and I see it for what it is - a lie!
