    Happy hangover-free Saturday ABerooonies!

    Greeneyes have a fab vacation!

    wow, so many inspiring stories of AF successes in the face of adversity, I'm always so glad to see that.

    Dx and I have been consoling a friend that just lost his wife of 47 years. he's just a wreck and her death was sudden. she was in for cancer removal surgery and caught staff infection in the hospital. a month later she's gone. just so sad. We had lunch with him today and are heading over to make him lunch at his place tomorrow.

    had a great workout even though I stupidly ate a bunch of icecream shortly beforehand. ugh!

      Hulagirl--I've been wondering about you. Hubby had a show on the other day about the big Island and I thought to myself--haven't heard from Hula lately. Hope all is well.
      DG--did not know you guys were into beekeeping! Your energy and diverse interests amaze me! What a cool deal. I can't wait to show my kids the inside of a bee hive!

      I absolutely cannot get motivated to do anything! I am so tired. Uggh!

              Oh thanks LVT for thinking about me. If you can ever get to the Big Isle you have to go. The volcano area is one of this planet's most awesome gifts. I have been busy with work. Gets stressful this time of the year with our school May Day Celebration and then the End of Year 8th grade luncheon and numerous deadlines for grades and reports and students in their adolescent phase... I have been making a comittment to go on bike rides over the week-end and keep my bike in the back of my truck like I'm going to go after work...so far that hasn't happened. When I finally come here to MWO in the evening I feel like I've missed the party. Everyone has posted and gone to bed. Silly me. I think it is just amazing that so many mention that they go back and read the previous day. Someone has to be last, I guess I'll just embrace the position. Had a few thoughts of "I need a drink after my stressful day" but let them pass. Well, I'm off to my second bike ride of the day before dinner. Just got new grips and can't wait to try them out.

                Hi again hula--I know what you mean, if i don't post in the morning i wonder if anyone reads it, but I do try to read the end of the thread everyday.
                My hubby's parents lived in Hilo for several years--they had a radio station there KHLO. He spent some time there and we really should have tried harder to get over there while his dad was still alive. I loved the stories he had to tell!

                  Hi Hula and welcome to Stop - that is a good mantra! Hope you will join us on the road to sobriety.

                  Hula I can imagine it feels weird to be among the last posters every day! Please take heart and know that many of us (most of us?) always try to go back and read what everyone had to say. How was the bike ride with the new grips? Any new pictures of your bike's travels? Sounds like you are in the final frenzy to the finish line of the school year. Do you teach summer school too or will you have the summer off? I would love to come visit you on the big island!

                    Just not posting much these days. I have to conserve my typing for work.
