It's been a while, but happy to report that I've finally made it through the "starting-over" aches and pains. Doing agressive gym-bike / spinning and weights four times a week. I'm also back into the major sport / hobby of off-road motorcyling.
Deter, thanks for your mention of the paleolithic diet last month. It's basic thesis is that our bodys are not equipped to deal with the common modern diet. The paloe diet calls for simple fruits, nuts, vegetables and meats that were available to the typical hunter-gatherer of 10,000 BC.
