Anyone one want to come along on another 30 days? I am in the saddle now and just getting it worn in. In fact, some of the blisters are starting to heal. The 'saddlesores' of wine use are clearing and I can't imagine getting off this horse just yet.
It probably won't be smooth, but this ride is moving forward. Oh yea, bring along a machete, because there might be some thick brush that needs whacking. And, also, some soft bedding for those cold nights. But this is a JOYride, as that is what I have misplaced, (as I bet many others have). Avoiding hurt took me to hiding in wine. Now as I peel it off, it's JOY that I want to feel. I said it earlier today, its all the hurt feelings that I avoided - who avoids HAPPY ? So, grab the reins, we may feel the pain of the saddlesores momentarily, but they will heal as we ride along with sunshine and laughter, my friends.
