Deter thanks for that link - I have book marked it. Do you know anything about "undenatured whey?" I've heard so much about that but don't know diddly about it.
The downside for me of the ON product you linked is that it does contain soy and with thyroid problems I avoid soy like the black plague.
But I DO want to learn more about the various types of whey being promoted out there as I need to add protein to my fruit / vegetable concoctions.
