Hello guys, KTAB reporting for duty. Managing to keep it going and I am starting to notice a bit of a difference. This week has been a little slow however.
Sunday attacked the garden with a vengance and boy was that hard going.
Monday 60 lengths of the pool
Tue & Wed bit tied up so didnt get anything done.
Thursday 45mins cardio 45 mins resistance 20 lengths pool
Plan on a long walk this evening with the dogs and then back to the gym and pool in the morning.
Sunday attacking the garden again (well maybe)
