Aside from continuing my weight training this month, I have a goal to try out one or more of the free classes offered with my health club membership. They have lots to choose from - yoga, abs 'n flabs, pilates, you name it. I'm not sure if we are still in the summer schedule or if the fall schedule starts this month but I've got both catalogs right here so there is no excuse!
I didn't make it to the gym on Friday as planned so that cardio is gone forever, but I did make up the Lower Body Workout along with Abs yesterday. I actually had an amazing gym experience yesterday. I can't ever remember having a huge burst of energy at the very end of my workout like I had yesterday. It felt awesome. That must be the "runners high" I've heard so much about. That "high" is something worth chasing! I will be back in the gym today for upper body workout and cardio.
Plans for the week:
Monday: off
Tuesday: Lower Body with PersonalTorturer(tm)
Wednesday: Cardio (a class perhaps??)
Thursday: Upper Body with PersonalTorturer(tm)
Friday: Lower Body
Saturday: Abs & Cardio
Sunday: Upper Body
