i have another one of those fantastic migraines since i woke this morning.
i would have used this as an excuse to drink!
it would have gone like this "maybe it's just a tension headache and if i can just relax it will pass! i'll have some wine, that will help me relax!"
yeah, right. anybody whose had a migraine knows red wines can bring one on.
lord, what a retard!

i'm okay... and i figured out that my first day alcohol free was actually August 6th, which makes to day 21 days AF!!!

Well done on the 21 days, they're really clocking up now! I had a four day headache so I sympathise although your is probably worse being a migraine, I hope it passes quickly.
