i did a strange thing (for me) i actually waked 3 miles this morning with another person! i killed two birds with one stone, meaning i am tackling my tendency to isolate myself and my difficulty in getting out early to exercise. it was pleasant and invigorating (even though she walked too slow for my taste!). then when i got home i ran on the treadmill for 2.25 miles and walked an extra 2.
determinator, you mentioned more invigorating exercise to cobat cravings (in the daily thread) and i do do that. i power walk about a mile in 13 minutes mixed with running and hill work. :thanks: it definitely helps with cravings.
ps did your partner make art for burning man? if so, what was it?
