Well lazy day today, got to get some shopping for dinner with friends tonight - making a cheesecake from scratch - first time ever - wish me luck!
A bit of gym later - weighed self and put on 3lbs in last 2 weeks - but am on healthy eating track now (cheesecake aside!) and back on the exercise.
Find it hard not to clutter days up with 'shoulds' when I'm off work - doing my best today not to do that.
Bought 'feel the fear and do it anyway' yesterday - really really inspiring - I've read lots of self help stuff and thrown lots away as I thought it was stressing me/not helping me follow and find my own way. This is a classic tho so thought I would give it a go - can see why it is a classic!
Anyway good day to all - 'feel the fear and do it anyway' is a good phrase for me right now I think!
