Hi Aberoos,

I'm up early so figured I'd start us off this fine hangover free Sunday.

I'm off to go grocery shopping, do a couple loads of laundry and that's it for me today - roast into the crockpot and forget about it! A little bit of homework for the course I am taking and generally a relaxing day - I deserve it! I may even throw a hot bath in there! LOL

Morning abbers!!

Good girl uni!!!

I got off to a Marshy start today. Before 8 I had done 2 loads of laundry, read the paper, put away all the dishes, changed the bed sheets and .....got dressed. chuffed. I did go to bed at 8 PM last night and got up at 6 :H But there is a long list of chores... ugh.

Wow Uni & Greenie, you two are the busiest!! I'm still sitting here, doing nothing & wishing my coffee cup would refill itself, ha ha!

I do need to prepare for the arrival of the 'Insanity Twins' (my son's dogs). I have the pleasure of dog sitting today

I am having a sluggish start to my Sunday. I do have to go grocery shopping but that will be the extent of work today.

i love checking in and seeing everyone enjoying their morning rituals.
lvt, a year!!!!! i'm inspired.

i went to a party at my sister's yesterday and everyone was having a beer or two and i felt no desire at all. my body is still trying to feel right after my last foray into drinking...ugh.

have a wonderful relaxing day! and all of you who are taking a nice bath today, i'll be thinking of you while i soak in the hottub under the stars tonight!

Wonderful!!! Welcome aboard! A great start would be to look at the top of this page at the health store and download RJ's book. that way you can develop a plan, which most here consider essential. Visit ODAT (one day at a time) and newbies nest threads for people just starting out, and some a bit past that. good luck on your journey!

I love my new way of life that does not include alcohol! I don't think I will ever be as ambitious or productive as you early risers!

The weatherman is warning us of the impending freeze tonight, so I must get out to the garden, harvest what I can and cover what I want to save. All I really want to do is take a nap and maybe relax and watch some tv in my chair. Maybe later?

I want to thank my MWO friends for all of your caring and support. I cannot believe I have been off the booze for 1 year--and actually I started here last February. It took me awhile to realize that I could not control the alcohol. I had to eliminate it from my system, and once I did, I do not want it back there! :thanks: :h :l
