it really is remarkable how this site helps me to stay on the straight and narrow.
i need to access it during the day from work.
any body know a full proof way of deleting my history so even the tech guy can't access my history?
it's not that i am ashamed it's that i don't want to be the topic of discussion.
this would be terribly awkward.

At least where I work, there is no way to delete what you've done on the internet. The IT people make sure there is complete history so if there was something inappropriate (porn, gambling, etc.) there is proof. There isn't anything at my work prohibiting accessing a site like this, but I agree that it could be awkward. However, I would think that the IT people would be professional enough not to make it a topic of discussion.
