    the plan for today

    good morning... anyone notice i didn't write the plan for the week?

    i'm just going to focus on doing the right thing for me, today.

    okay so... I go to work, the gym and then straight home.
    I have to finish up my amended US tax return, so the tax helper guy will be waiting to talk to me!

    i don't want to drink anything today except tea and lemonade.
    i don't feel bad, but i don't feel good either.
    i'm a tiny bit dizzy, i think it's the cold.

    have a good day all. and i think i might check the site from work. or i'll just subscribe to several threads now to keep my on track in my mind.

      good plan 67....as greenie said eat well and drink alot of good fluids. fruit will help your body recover.

        the plan for today

        One day at a time is the way to go. Or one hour, or one minute at a time, whatever. Projecting too far in the future can be overwhelming sometimes. I still break it down as small as I need to, when I need to, and that helps a lot when you're going through a stressful spot.

        I like to think of my tea as something nice and healing, that I'm putting something good in, something curative and very pleasant. Retrain the mind that it's good things you're putting in, as opposed to poison which I used to consume.
